The Anaheim chilli is a mild variety of Capsicum annuum measuring 500 to 2,500 Scoville Heat Units. Originating from New Mexico seeds brought to Anaheim, California in 1894, these long, light-green or red pods are widely used in roasting, stuffing, and salsas.
